Is this going to be a pitch fest?
No. Will I share an offer at the very end? Yes. I run a business, and some of you will want help implementing this properly - that is what The Authority Academy is for. I'm not going to insult you by pretending otherwise. But the framework is the framework whether you buy or not. I'll show you the four systems, how they fit together, and the actual mechanics behind them. No marketing speak. I'll walk through everything live on screen so you can see exactly how it works.
What will I walk away with?
Three things. You'll know exactly what to build your brand, your offer and your revenue. If you have been spinning for six months trying to figure out which lever to pull, you will know by the end of the hour. And you can go and apply it on Wednesday morning.
Will I lose my voice doing it your way?
This is the question I get more than any other from the people I work with. I don't want to sound like a guru. I don't want to be the person shouting about the five-figure months. Can I scale without becoming the person I scroll past? Most people get this wrong. They treat salesy as a tone problem. It is not. It is structural. You sound salesy when you don't fully believe in what you are selling, or when you don't know who you are selling to. Both of those are fixable. Most coaches sound interchangeable because they are copying a person who copied a person who copied Russell Brunson. Authority-led marketing works the other way around. We start with what you actually believe, and we build the offer and the content around that.

ne of the most common DMs I get. Emily, I don't have an audience yet. I don't have an offer. I'm still in my corporate job. Is this actually for me, or should I wait until I've got more figured out? Here is the truth. The people who get the most out of this sit at one of two stages. Either you are starting from scratch and you want the full picture before you waste eighteen months building the wrong thing - which is exactly what I did the first time. Or you've already got something running and it is stuck. You're posting and getting nothing back. You've got an offer you can't sell. You're on sales calls that don't close. If you are anywhere on that spectrum, this is for you. The framework is the same whether you are building from zero or rebuilding from forty grand a month. What changes is which lever you pull first. The only person this isn't for is someone already running a clean seven-figure business with the four systems in place. If that is you, you don't need a masterclass. You need a holiday.
I'm not in marketing. Will I actually understand this?
I spent twelve years in corporate marketing. CMO by thirty. And I will tell you now, most of what gets called marketing is rubbish to make consultants sound clever. It's actually a blessing not to know. What I teach on Tuesday is not marketing theory. It is the operating system I use to run my actual business from Florence with a team of three. Positioning. Offer. Content. Revenue. Four systems, plain English, no funnel-hacking, no acronyms you have to Google. My clients come from fitness, finance, consulting, tech, therapy, design. Most of them had never written a piece of content in their life before they started working with me. Ethan built a million-pound pipeline in five months. He is not a marketer. He is a founder who learned the system. If you can run a business, you can learn this. That is the whole point.
